The car care dashboard is a decision support portal designed specifically for multi site and franchise automotive service organizations.  The car care dashboard can extract data nightly from each service location’s business system and consolidate the data into a data warehouse where the information is evaluated using the organizations profit criteria. Any exceptions or notifications from this evaluation are sent directly to the appropriate organizational ‘players’ and information in the data warehouse is made available to executives, management, departmental personnel, and service facility managers. Select data elements are used to provide follow up mailing and customer relationship management activities.
