Cocoa, Florida – September 12, 2005.  invirtux announced that the next version of its decision support portal product will be available near the end of this year.  The product release is schedule to coincide with the end of year release of Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2005.  This long awaited software release by Microsoft brings the .Net framework to version 2.0 with many performance and functionality enhancements.

The decision support features allow the user to analyze data by drilling into lower levels or filtering the data to specific data elements. Data from the data warehouse is presented in easy to understand business formats like spread sheets, business graphics, and formatted reports.  Enhanced spreadsheets provide immediate business model evaluation using a colored ‘score card’ approach.  decision support portal applies customizable performance criteria to send notification and intelligent business information directly to decisions makers. 

The decision support portal product provides an intuitive adhoc reporter allowing users to easily create powerful specialized reports that can be shared with other users and regenerated as needed.  The adhoc reporter’s scheduler feature allows reports to be generated and delivered via email or to a user’s decision portal via the web.
